Customer Service Representative

Jordan is a Customer Service Representative at the Viera location whose lifelong love for animals began in childhood. Growing up at her grandmother’s home in Tennessee, she was surrounded by dogs, cats, and horses, sparking a passion for animals as early as age three. Today, she finds fulfillment in being a helping hand to pets and their owners, especially witnessing the recovery of injured patients.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys reading thriller books, watching horror movies, and spending time at amusement parks. Her love of reading was first sparked in her freshman year by The Outsiders, a book and movie that remains one of her all-time favorites. Her greatest accomplishment is becoming a mother to her son, Elias, who shares her energetic spirit and love for animals.
