Veterinary Technician

Kayt is a dedicated Veterinary Technician at our Merritt Island location, driven by her lifelong passion for helping animals thrive.Her journey in the veterinary industry began with her love for animals, having had pets for as long as she can remember.

Kayt is married to her husband Cole, and together they share a home filled with love and an impressive collection of pets. Their “zoo” includes 11 pets: 1 dog, 5 cats, 2 Leopard geckos, 1 snake, 1 rabbit, and 1 Guinea Pig. Kayt finds immense joy in seeing patients who come in critical and leave happy and healthy.

When she’s not at work, Kayt enjoys traveling, hiking, visiting family, and spending time with her pets. One of her greatest life accomplishments is moving from her small town in Ohio to Florida and buying a home. In addition to her love for animals, Kayt has a passion for cooking and decorating. Her dedication to her career and her love for animals make her a valuable asset to the Merritt Island team.
