Alicia Elliot

Customer Service Representative

Alicia is a Client Service Representative at Cocoa Beach who brings compassion and understanding to every interaction with clients and their pets. She earned her Certified Veterinary Assistant (CVA) certification from Southern Tech College in Sanford, Florida, and has always had a soft spot for animals, leading her to find her place in the veterinary field.

At home, Alicia enjoys the company of her pets, including her cats, Jane Nugget and Green Bean, and her fish, Cerberus. She finds the most rewarding part of her career to be discovering a role where she truly belongs while supporting both pets and their families.

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys reading and baking. Above all, she considers her children to be her greatest accomplishment and the center of her world.
