Chynna

Customer Service Representative

Chynna joined the Viera team as a Customer Service Representative, bringing more than eight years of experience in veterinary medicine. Her love for animals inspired her to pursue an Associate of Science degree in Veterinary Technology, graduating from Eastern in 2015. Throughout her career, she has worked in both client service and emergency and critical care, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the veterinary field and the needs of both pets and their families.

Chynna finds the most rewarding part of her work in helping pets and their owners through difficult or stressful situations. She enjoys making clients feel comfortable, informed, and supported while helping ensure their pets receive the care they need. She especially values being part of a team that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of animals and the people who love them.

Outside of work, Chynna enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and their two cats, Tilly and Clem. She also loves spending time with friends and family, tackling home and design projects, and getting outdoors. A self-described DIY enthusiast, she is often planning or redesigning something around the house.

One of Chynna’s greatest accomplishments is the life she and Andrew have built together, including the home, partnership, and little family they share. When she’s looking for adventure, she enjoys overlanding in her 4Runner, exploring off-the-beaten-path destinations, and discovering new places along the way.
