Customer Service Representative

Danielle is a Customer Service Representative who brings compassion and positivity to every client interaction. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and has always had a deep love for animals. Working in the veterinary industry allows her to play a meaningful role in helping pets and supporting the families who care for them.

At home, Danielle has a full and lovable pet family that includes three dogs—Cooper, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Teddy, a Maltipoo, and Marnie, a Shih Tzu—as well as six guinea pigs: Mocha, Chai, Muffin, Nutmeg, and S’mores.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys painting, playing video games, and binge-watching her favorite TV series. Her caring personality and passion for animals make her a valued part of the team.
