Diane, the Lead CSR at Merritt Island, is dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients and their pets. She shares her life with her husband, Doug, their daughter, two stepchildren, and six wonderful grandchildren. Diane’s home is filled with the love of her French Bulldog, Shelton, and two cats: Mia, a Domestic Shorthair, and Lincoln, a Maine Coon.

In her free time, Diane enjoys boating, spending quality time with family and friends, and traveling. Among her many achievements, she considers raising her beautiful daughter to be her greatest life accomplishment.
