Grace Cantwell

Veterinary Technician

Grace is a Veterinary Technician with a passion for surgical care and a strong commitment to advancing her career in veterinary medicine. She holds an Associate of Science degree and is BLS certified, and she is currently working toward her Bachelor’s degree in Zoology with plans to attend veterinary school. After initially exploring dental hygiene, Grace discovered her true calling in veterinary medicine and has since found her place as a surgical technician.

Grace shares her life with Steven, her Shiba Inu, whom she affectionately calls her “handsome prince” and “sassy king.” She finds the most rewarding aspects of her role to be building relationships with clients and patients, educating the community, and witnessing successful treatment outcomes.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys practicing yoga, reading, catching up on sleep, and focusing on her studies. She considers becoming a surgical technician her greatest accomplishment so far and loves a mix of favorites including the Hunger Games series, Nutella, açaí bowls, and actor Willem Dafoe.
