Lead Customer Service Representative

Tiffany is our lead Client Service Representative at Cocoa Beach with over 20 years of experience in companion animal care. Her journey in veterinary medicine began at a pet store, followed by several years at a humane society, and then over a decade working as a veterinary technician. After a personal injury led her to transition into a CSR role, Tiffany found she could still connect with her favorite patients and build meaningful relationships with their families—something she truly values.

Tiffany is Fear Free Certified and is passionate about creating a positive, supportive experience for both pets and their owners. She finds the most rewarding part of her role in the gratitude and trust shared by clients during some of their most vulnerable moments.

At home, Tiffany has a lively household that includes her four children, two dogs (Asher and Penny), two cats (Lucas and Silver), nine chickens, and two snakes (Henna and Charlie). Outside of work, she enjoys creating gothic mixed-media art and participating in trade shows with other artists. She considers raising her children to be her greatest accomplishment and holds a special place in her heart for her late soul-cat of 24 years.
